Fees and Levies


·         Tuition fees will be $1822.00 per family.

·         Capital levy of $305.00 per family.

·         Per student levy:

o   Prep                            $524.00

o   Grade 1-Grade 3        $513.00

o   Grade 4                       $536.00

o   Grades 5 & 6               $576.00

·         In addition, Grade 6 families will have the added cost of the school camp in October of $440.00

Year levies cover costs in providing our learning programs – stationery requirements, paper and copying, readers, Maths, P.E and music equipment, art materials, resources in each curriculum area and maintaining ICT. This also includes the cost of Student Diary and Assessment Portfolio.
It is essential that all families meet their agreed obligations, as per enrolment conditions.
All families will be billed at the beginning of the school year.
The total amount may be paid as follows:
 Payment in full by the last day of Term 1 (4 April 2019)
 Four equal instalments due:
                                        o 1 April 2019
                                        o 1 June 2019
                                        o 1 August 2019
                                        o 1 October 2019

       10 equal monthly instalments due:
                                        o 1 March 2019 (1st payment due date)

                                        o 1 December 2019 (Final monthly payment date)

Available payment methods are BPay, EFTPOS/Credit Card (via telephone or through the school office), cash or cheque.
If your family is a holder of an Australian Government Health Care Card, please ensure you advise office staff.

Accepted payment methods are through the portal https://community.hsringwoodnth.catholic.edu.au also cash/cheques/eftpos. 

New parents will receive their parent portal login details early in the new school year.
