Fees and Levies


·         Tuition fees will be $1760 per family.

·         Capital levy of $305 per family.

·         Per student levy:

o   Prep                            $346

o   Grade 1-Grade 3        $336

o   Grade 4                       $358

o   Grades 5 & 6               $397

·         PE levy of $160 per student.

·         In addition, Grade 6 families will have the added cost of the school camp in October of $425.00, which will be due for payment by 15 September. 

Year  levies cover costs in providing our learning programs – stationery requirements, paper and copying, readers, Maths, P.E and music equipment, art materials, resources in each curriculum area and maintaining ICT. This also includes the cost of Student Diary and Assessment Portfolio, which was previously included in your book costs.

It is essential that all families meet their agreed obligations, as per enrolment conditions. Holy Spirit School’s Tuition Fees and Levy charges are below those of like schools.

All families will be billed on 01 February 2018 so it is imperative that if you envisage difficulties in paying 2018 Fees or Levies, you contact us prior to that date.


Fees & levies will be billed in full. The total amount may be paid in full, or as follows:

·         Total of Year/PE levy amounts to be paid in full by 24 March.

·         The balance can be split and paid by the following dates – 12 May, 21 July,

25 August, 6 October.


Should you need to arrange for other terms of payment, such as monthly or fortnightly, please contact me or school office.

Accepted payment methods are through the portal https://community.hsringwoodnth.catholic.edu.au also cash/cheques/eftpos. New parents will receive their parent portal login details early in the new school year.
